Marion Landing retirement community provides another great affordable option for seniors, located on the southwest side of Ocala close to shopping and a variety of restaurants.  These 2-3 bedroom homes range in size from 1200 to 2000 square feet. Marion Landing homes include both frame and concrete block construction (with a few mobile homes), with prices ranging from $50,000 to $175,000. The community has a nice club house with a bowling alley, tennis courts, large swimming pool, and a small fishing pond. HOA fees are approximately $100 to $150 per month.
