Among Ocala Realtors, Casey Johnson has experience that is hard to beat. Casey has been a licensed realtor for over 25 years – 1st in Michigan and since 2004 with the board of Ocala realtors. An excellent negotiator, Casey is an expert at bringing parties together to achieve everyone’s objective. He also has experience as a mortgage broker and licensed financial planner, allowing him to provide valuable guidance that many Ocala realtors cannot. He has the knowledge to discuss the advisability of the use of mortgages to reduce tax liability and avoid inheritance tax, and compare the return on real estate investment vs. other investments.

In addition, Casey previously managed home inspections for several banks in the Marion County Area. He had several people who worked for him to perform around 1100 distressed and abandoned property inspections per month. Because of the contacts made in this position, Casey has access to and information about houses that are nearing foreclosure but may not be listed yet. This gives our buyer 1st hand knowledge and information they cannot get from other Ocala realtors.

Casey’s wife and partner Cindy also has over 25 years experience in real estate and mortgages. With the majority of that time in the mortgage industry, she brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience about the mortgage process and requirements for different programs.

Cindy and Casey Johnson have been married since 1990 and have 3 beautiful girls.
