The grounds also have a fitness center, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools and softball diamonds. Home prices range from $200,000 to $500,000 with a variety of floor plans ranging from 1200 to 3000 square feet. Homes are both frame and block construction with stucco. HOA fees range from $115 to $230.
